Behind G‑Galaxy Travel is a career built over 15 years and a curiosity that has taken our founder, Bernice, to 21 countries. Her personal travels bring perspective to the advice we share, from choosing the right destination to recognising the little details that can make a holiday exceptional.
Bernice began at a small travel agency, where she developed specialist knowledge of African destinations. She later joined Flight Centre’s retail team before moving into its home-based Independent model in 2019. On 1 November 2025, she took the next step in her career, establishing G‑Galaxy Travel as her own independent business and a member of Envoyage.
Today, this award-winning travel professional leads a team of travel experts arranging corporate and leisure travel for clients throughout South Africa and around the world. Our destination recommendations draw on personal experience and careful research, giving you practical guidance and options chosen with your priorities in mind.
For businesses, we coordinate travel around demanding schedules and changing requirements. For holidaymakers, we design escapes around what matters to them: quiet island days, family adventures, a honeymoon worth waiting for or the excitement of somewhere unfamiliar.
